Le poste

The clinical microbiology service is attached to the Department of Medical Biology and integrated into the Medical-Technical and Quality (MTQ) center of the hospital.

It is divided into several sectors (Clinical Microbiology, Environmental Microbiology, Parasitology-Mycology) and a technical platform specialized in the dosage of anti-infectives. The laboratory is equipped with recent, high-performance equipment at the cutting edge of technology. It is part of a quality approach and is accredited according to the NF EN ISO 15189 Standard by the French Accreditation Committee Human Health section (COFRAC-SH) under number 8-3648.

Your main missions:

- Take charge of Microbiology samples (TRI/Reception), initiate direct examinations and seedings, immunochromatographic and PCR tests in compliance with current procedures and medical confidentiality,
- Monitor bacterial cultures, identify pathogens and perform antibiograms and additional tests,
- Prepare and perform dosages of anti-infectives,- a>- Support the quality approach.
- Participate in the transmission of information within teams and the continuous improvement of the laboratory,

 

Le profil

Diplomas and qualifications required:

- You hold a BTS in Biological Analysis, BTS Bioanalysis and Controls, BTS Biotechnology or a DUT in Applied Biology, BTSA ANABIOTEC (Analysis Biological and Biotechnological),
- You are rigorous, methodical, organized, discreet, complemented by good interpersonal skills,
- You have initial experience in a medical analysis laboratory, with desired experience in microbiology. You are proficient in IT,
- You are methodical, rigorous, organized, with good team spirit.
